Katrina and the (EM) Waves
On using the power of God at the close of the Age of Oil.

The following piece is highly speculative. My mind is open to change as facts arise.

Wealth is energy, and energy is power. Energy is what it takes to get anything done. In ancient times, a wealthy man was measured by the number of servants and horses he had. (This also meant ownership of a large parcel of fertile land to feed them.) Technology removes work from hands and animals, and places it in machines.

The tremendous leaps in the quality of life over the past two hundred years has been attributed by me and many others to the relative freedom of the West, specifically the free trade among the states in the United States, and the British-led global trade system. But oil was at least as important a factor. The more oil we procured, the easier life became. No other energy is so easily and inexpensively extracted.

Alongside this has been a curious derailing of just about every positive or well-intentioned social movement. Abolitionism turned into corporate welfare in the Republican Party. Populism and Progressivism were misdirected into the two-party system run by aristocrats with names like Roosevelt. Why is this so? Energy companies and their main clients, manufacturing companies, have a vested interest in preserving their position, which means steering public policy to suit their interests. They want to expand their markets, and we want better, less expensive products. The two go hand in hand. Everyone wants the gravy train to go on forever: oil companies, manufacturers, banks, government, commercial media, us.

But there's a problem. While nobody knows how much oil there is left in the earth, what we do know is that it is harder and harder to find. As Matt Savinar notes on his website Life After the Oil Crash:

During the 1960s, for instance, we consumed about 6 billion barrels per year while finding about 30-60 billion per year. Given those numbers, it is easy to understand why fears of "running out" were so often dismissed as unfounded.

Unfortunately, those consumption/discovery ratios have nearly reversed themselves in recent years. We now consume close to 30 billion barrels per year but find less than 4 billion per year.

This was always a problem. Back at the start of the oil age, when oil exploration was primitive, oil companies didn‘t know how much oil was left in the world. I don't recall the source, but I remember reading that in the early 1900's there were predictions that oil would run out in a few decades. They were wrong, of course, but the point is that oil companies always had two incentives: to gain exclusive control of the oil supply, and to be in a superior position to transition to whatever comes after the Age of Oil. So controlling the machinery of political power was always in their interests - they didn't know how much time they had. Conspiracy theorists tend to go back to the same people: the Rockefellers who made their fortune in oil; the Rothschild banking dynasty, the Council on Foreign Relations and sister group Trilateral Commission plotting world government; the Bilderberger and Bohemian Grove collections of political, business, and media elites.

The drive to world government is not about imposing communism, it is about the world's energy supply, because sustained wealth depends on energy. Savinar makes a good point, that transitioning to alternative energy sources depends on today's increasingly expensive energy source - petroleum - to develop, manufacture, and transport. Our entire system utterly depends on wealth creation; governments and individuals get into debt because they count on generating the wealth to pay it off later. But wealth is energy, and due to diminished supply the price of energy is about to skyrocket. The elites are aware that this is in the not-too-distant future, and they are scrambling to secure oil sources in the Middle East and central Asia to keep the Western economy afloat for as long as possible, until it can transition to another energy source with the least disruption. The 9-11 attacks were likely the "inside job" of a secret government operating through the CIA, FEMA, and British and Israeli secret services, so as to justify American presence in Afghanistan and oil-rich former Soviet Republics. The War on Iraq is a similarly desperate grab for increasingly scarce oil.

This fledgling, Western-led world government both fears and depends on China, who provides cheap labor to manufacture our much-loved inexpensive products. China also wants that oil, and I've found no indication of cooperation between the West and China in that regard.

The wild card, however is Russia. Actually, not Russia, but its KGB intelligence service (now called the FSB). They have had a power for decades, a power so deadly and scary, that it was better to let the Soviet Union itself crumble than resort to it. A power by which they have in some ways controlled the USA, via the Woodpecker Grid. But it's a power that the USA, and perhaps several other countries and groups, may have finally attained for itself.

Hello, tin foil hats! Literally. Science fiction has become reality.

From Bill Morgan:

"We have a new weapon, just within the portfolio of our scientists, so to speak, which is so powerful that, if unrestrainedly used, it could wipe out all life on earth. It is a fantastic weapon." Khrushchev, to the Presidium, Jan. 1960

These are also the weapons referred to in 1997 by Defense Secretary William Cohen, when he said:

"Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves... So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations...It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our [counter terrorism] efforts."

These are weapons that use, as Tom Bearden describes them, "time-reversed electromagnetic waves:"

Compared to a normal wave, a time-reversed wave has startlingly different weapon capabilities.
Such a wave precisely retraces the path of the ordinary wave that stimulated it to be formed. So it possesses an "invisible wire" through space, back to the original position of whatever emitted its stimulus wave.

Further, the time-reversed wave continually converges upon its invisible "back- tracking" path. It does not diverge and spread its energy, in contradistinction to normal waves.
Thus the radar itself now becomes a powerful, all-around weapon. With a TR wave adjunct, once the radar receives a return signal from a target, an extremely powerful TR wave pulse can be generated, and all the energy in that pulse can be unerringly returned to the distant target from which the return was received.
Beginning in July 1976, powerful new Soviet "over-the-horizon radars" (the in-famous Woodpeckers) became operational. Extensive weather engineering over the U.S. has been accomplished by these weapon systems. … In addition, the Woodpeckers possess the full range of TR wave weapon capabilities, including real-time holography capabilities and anti-Stealth capabilities. Terrible anti-biological capabilities are also possessed by these weapon systems, and they are also highly effective as global launch phase and midcourse phase defensive weapons for use against U.S. missiles and bombers.

The Soviets had used it, often to fire "warning shots" (even though people died) as a display of what it can do. For instance, Bearden believes the Soviets were behind the Challenger disaster. As Morgan explains:

The implications of successful engineering of the longitudinal waves are enormous, and will change the world as we know it, one way or another. Among other things, these discoveries mean that:

1. The solutions to the energy crisis and the "oil problem" are in hand. These oil wars are unnecessary. There is endless energy available freely from the domain of time.

2. Unbelievably powerful weapons are not only possible, but are already operating in several nations. The many powers of these weapons are unprecedented and mind-boggling.

3. The cure of diseases, such as cancer and AIDS, in fact nearly any disease, has become possible within a few years of sufficient funding. Everyone can be made healthy and stay healthy.

4. Mind control on a mass scale has now become possible, and the machines to do it are already in place in certain nations. It has become possible to mentally enslave whole populations with the twist of a few dials.
The ordinary EM waves that we have known about are called transverse EM waves, to distinguish them from the new longitudinal EM waves. These scalar waves do not actually exist in our "material" world, but exist only in the vacuum of empty space, or the time domain. And we must keep in mind that this vacuum of space we speak of exists all through everything. Even our bodies are mostly empty space between atoms and molecules. So the gateway to this seething ocean of energy can be there at every point in the universe. This seething ocean of energy is all around us and all through us.

Elsewhere, Morgan writes,
It may be that the collapse of WTC twin towers was actually the first major scalar attack in world history. Because in a certain mode the waves at the interference zone can cause metal to soften, even to melt. If so, the planes crashing into them were merely a cover story to cloak the fact that the Tesla Howitzer had been used.

Sounds more plausible than a free-fall collapse caused by fire, or a controlled demolition. I would add that if mind control was also possible through this technology, then the planes could have been flown via remote control.

This wonderful technology has tremendous power for good, but also for evil. The power elites of various countries have a dilemma: they have access to technology that can solve our energy problems and many other problems, yet this same technology can destroy the world even more decisively and quickly than nuclear blasts. Should just anyone have access to it? The elites have decided no, or at least, not yet. But meanwhile, we're running out of oil. Savinar predicts that the end of the Age of Oil will mean the end of civilization as we know it; scalar technology could mean the destruction of civilization as we know it.

What to do? The elites have settled on a plan of social control through planned crises. 9-11. Iraq. Katrina. EM weapons likely brought down the twin towers, which in turn triggered the biggest loss of civil liberty in the United States since World War II. And Richard C. Hoagland and Scott Stevens provide photographic evidence of scalar signatures. Katrina has created the largest displacement of Americans since the 1930s, including sending many to camps that they may not be allowed to leave. Why do I believe the American government, or a secret government within it, was behind 9-11 and Katrina? Because the American government had the most to gain. The national intelligence apparatus was given even more power and money after 9-11. There's clamor for the same now with FEMA.

The main object is for the people to grow accustomed to government control, to exchanging liberty for security. Let them live their lives, and die in minor wars and of diseases curable with this scalar EM technology. The second object is to monopolize conventional energy resources. The third is financial control; play both ends of the gold/strong dollar uh, coin. Keep the masses in a financially precarious position, and keep them distracted by made-up enemies. And the fourth is to guard this technology, using it mainly to manipulate the weather, perhaps retaliate against other countries in secret "weather wars," and manufacture events like 9-11 when necessary. The Kings of the Mountain will do what it takes to prevent challengers from coming even close.

As far as we know, human beings using energy from the ether both created and destroyed Atlantis. The possession of an all-powerful technology that can be used for both good and evil, much like the Ring of Power, provides what I think is the best and most plausible "conspiracy theory" for the strange, seemingly idiotic, and often evil actions of the American government.
