I'm taking at least one column off while our war with the regime in IRAQ takes place. I believe at times like this, the lesser important matters of life should take a back seat.

This is an important and historical event, and is happening as we watch it or hear about it on television and radio.

No matter how one interpets this event or its implications, probably the worst decision by any citizen would be to avoid it.
